VEGGIE DIP

Mix all these following ingredients: A cup of mayonnaise, a cup of sour cream, half a cup of dry onion soup, ¼ cup of "PIRATE SAUCE", chopped minced shallots, chopped fresh parsley, fresh chives or dry, black pepper. Dip in all your favorite raw vegetables.

BIG ROAST BEEF

Take your favorite roast beef slices (thinly sliced ​​left over or purchased from your local butcher), in a Keizer style bread or rye bread. Change your habits and switch your Plum Sauce for the Pirate Sauce.

PIRATE AND GARLIC SAUTÉED POTATOES / CHEDDAR TOPPING

Make new potato wedges and rinse them in cold water. Drain and dry in a clean cloth. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet. Add the potato wedges and sautéed. Halfway through cooking, add a finely chopped garlic clove, ½ cup thinly sliced onions, salt and pepper and ¼ cup of “PIRATE SAUCE”. Continue cooking, stirring the pan until the quarters are tender. Do not use utensils to stir the quarters in the pan. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and, why not… Grated Cheddar Cheese! A wild side dish with Big Roast Beef!!

PLATE DECORATION

SPICY PORK STRIPES

Make your finest chops (or your favorite firm tofu) into thin slices. Marinate in “PIRATE SAUCE” mixed with 1 tablespoon of your favorite hot sauce (I prefer the Sriracha!). Heat 1 inch of oil in a high-rimmed pan. Plunge the strips into it until they float. Drained the excessive oil on a paper towel. Arrange on a bed of salad leaves with Jalepenos rings and sprinkled with "PIRATE SAUCE" and a few drops of hot sauce. Enjoy with sour cream to break the heat!

Faites chauffer 1 pouce d’huile dans une poêle à haut rebord. Y plonger les lanières jusqu’à ce qu’elles flottent. Imbibés le trop pleins d’huile sur un essuie tout. Disposez sur un lit de feuilles de salade avec des rondelles de Jalepenos, arrosé de « SAUCE PIRATE » et de quelques gouttes de sauce piquante. Dégustez avec de la crème sûre pour couper le feu!

PIRATE AND LIME CHICKEN SALAD

Marinate the chicken breast cubes or strips for at least 6 hours in a mixture of 2/3 PIRATE SAUCE and 1/3 lime juice. Add a pinch of pepper to the mixture. Bake and set aside.

Serve on a beautiful Boston lettuce, drizzle with the"PIRATE SAUCE" and lime juice mixture. Garnish with toasted limes, beansprouts and dried cranberries. A fresh and delicious meal salad !

VEGETABLES SAUTÉ

In a Wok or skillet, melt a tablespoon of butter, olive oil or vegan margarine and sauté large chunks of your favorite vegetables and add half a cup of broth of your choice and half a cup of "PIRATE SAUCE". Serve on Ramen noodles or rice noodles, add fresh shallots. Add fresh herbs to taste (Parsley, coriander, chives) and cashews.

VEAL AND MINT MEAT BALLS AND SWEET POTATOES

In a bowl, mix 1 pound of ground veal with all of these ingredients:


2 eggs, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 chopped garlic clove, ½ cup oatmeal, ½ cup chopped onion, 1/2 cup chopped mint, ½ cup “PIRATE SAUCE”, pepper to taste. Make balls the size of a golf ball and bake at 350° on a baking sheet for 15 minutes. Heat the following mixture; ½ cup 35% cream and ½ cup of “PIRATE SAUCE” and drizzle on the meatballs. Serve with baked sweet potato slices.

BEEF / CHICKEN / PORK / SALMON KEBABS

Cut cubes of your favorite protein and marinate them in the "PIRATE SAUCE" for at least 6 hours. Form skewers with large pieces of your favorite vegetables. Bake and serve on a salad, rice, couscous or pasta. Decorate with fresh shallots and drizzle with melted butter, lime juice or "the best", with both!

GINGER, LEMON AND PIRATE SHRIMPS KEBABS

Marinate fresh shrimps in the following mixture: ½ cup of fresh lemon juice, ½ cup of “PIRATE SAUCE”, one tablespoon of crushed fresh ginger, salt and pepper. Make nice skewers with them. Bake and serve on a bed of rice for the meal or on a good Bloody Caesar (Virgin or not!) For happy hour!

 

TOFU KEBABS

Cut cubes of firm tofu and marinate in the “PIRATE SAUCE” for at least 6 hours. Make skewers with large pieces of your favourite vegetables. Bake and serve on a salad, rice or couscous, garnish with fresh shallots and drizzle with melted butter or lime juice, or why not both!

CHIKEN BREAST

Marinate the chicken breasts in “PIRATE SAUCE”, pepper and bake or BBQ… Simple and tasty!

FINE HERB PORK CHOPS

Mix together finely chop fresh parsley, fresh chives, fresh thyme. Use fine Quebec pork chops. Brush the 2 sides with the "PIRATE SAUCE", dip the chops in the herbal breading and sprinkle with a thin layer of breadcrumbs. Cook in the oven. Serve with mashed potatoes sprinkled with a little zig zag of "PIRATE SAUCE". Serve with a mixture of sautéed onions and mushrooms. Divine!

SALMON PAVÉ (or other fish)

Brush a nice layer of "PIRATE SAUCE" on your favorite fish filet or pavé and sprinkle with sesame seeds or slivered almonds. Bake in the oven and serve with wild rice with vegetables, steamed vegetables with butter, or a good white rice ... Simply!

STRIPS FOR RACLETTE

Don’t hesitate to marinate your meat or tofu strips in the “PIRATE SAUCE” for use in your raclette or fondue evenings. Pre-cut the said strips for your cheese fondue… Try without fail!

FILET MIGNON

Treat yourself by choosing a nice piece of filet mignon. Sear it in butter on each side. Add a little salt and pepper. Finish cooking in the oven and then place a knob of butter and a tablespoon of "PIRATE SAUCE" on top. Serve on mashed potatoes crushed with cream, accompanied beautiful crunchy vegetables with lemon.
